Ingredients

1 pouch Rootstock Power Oats (Original)

3/4 cup hot water

1 tsp matcha powder

4-5 fresh strawberries, sliced

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

Honey, to taste

 

Instructions

  1. In a matcha bowl or mug, add hot water and whisk in matcha until smooth and fully green.
  2. Add 1 pack of Power Oats and mix well.
  3. Cover and chill overnight—or let sit for 3 minutes if short on time.
  4. Top with strawberries, cacao nibs, and honey before serving.
